We are excited to welcome a select group of student interns to join our Athlete Operations team for the opportunity to gain valuable industry experience in the field of Sports Technology.

We are looking for a well organized,  personable, highly adaptable Athlete Client Support  student intern to learn and interact closely amongst the Athlete Operations Team. The Athlete Client Support  student intern is responsible for conducting industry specific research, athlete communications, tracking athlete related data, and more.

  • Excellent knowledge about a variety of sports and athletes
  • Knowledge of analytical tools.

  • Prior or extra curricular experience with customer service or building client relationships

Day to day activities include:

  • Creating Merchandise Brand lines for Athletes with approved logos
  • Ordering Social Media Assets to help athletes promote; check if posted 
  • Researching Events happening with athlete careers; moments and big items worth leveraging! 
  • Data Updating; Monday.com processes and data 
  • Athlete Calls; Sit in with Account Managers 
  • Manage a small roster of 10-20 athletes to learn the ins and outs of being a MILLIONS account manager.

Internship outline:

  • Duration: 16 weeks
  • Hours required: 20-30 hours a week 
  • Location: Remote  
  • Tentative Start Date: December 5th
