We are excited to welcome a select group of student interns to join our Athlete Operations team for the opportunity to gain valuable industry experience in the field of Sports Technology.

We are looking for a business minded, well organized, sales driven Athlete Recruitment student intern to learn and interact closely amongst the Athlete Operations Team. The Athlete recruitment student intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with affiliate programs, marketing/sales strategies, the athlete verification process, and more.

Preferred Skills:
- Excellent knowledge about a variety of sports and athletes
- Knowledge of analytical tools.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Prior or extra curricular experience with sales or building client relationships

Day to day activities include:
- Learning various recruitment techniques to attract new talent to MILLIONS
- Attending meetings with our agency partners
- Assisting with different athlete recruitment platforms (OpenSponsorship, Opendorse, etc…)
- Gain experience working with an Ambassador program and other internal MILLIONS ecosystems
- Learning the ins and outs of email marketing and how it affects Athlete Recruitment (nurture campaigns, mass emails, email sequencing)
- Verifying inbound athlete signups while following MILLIONS account criteria

- 16 weeks
- 20-30 hrs per week
- Status: unpaid
